Disclaimer:
Please note that our acrylic colours can vary in shade or finish depending on time of manufacturing or stock levels.
The plywood colour is a raw material that can have blemishes. This is not considered a flaw, but the natural finish of the product.
Gold Mirror can vary in shade depending on shipments from different suppliers. You are guaranteed the colour you pick but the shade can vary from the sample image.
Please be mindful when placing an order. Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made.

OUR POLICY:
Shipping & Handling:
We ensure our items are packed with care and appropriately for transit. We can guarantee that your order is packed with extra support to avoid being bent or broken. However, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for broken, damaged or lost parcels once they are in transit as this is out of our control.
Standard Shipping is estimated up to 5 business days.
Express Shipping is estimated up to 3 business days.
Please keep in mind that these times are estimated and can vary depending on your location. Designed Acrylic does not take responsibly for delayed shipping as this is out of our control and in the hands of a courier service. We are not obligated to provide a refund if your shipping is delayed.
Warranty, Returns or Exchanges:
We do not provide warranty on any items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Damaged Goods:
Designed Acrylic must be notified about damaged products within 48 hours of receiving/collecting your order. If we are notified outside of this timeframe, Designed Acrylic is not responsible. Our items are fragile and need to be handled with care.
- Signage cannot be dropped.
- Cake Toppers need to be put on the cake last.
- Mirror acrylic scratches easily, remove the protective film just before use.
- Plaques cannot be glued using super glue, this will melt the acrylic.
Changes in Pricing or Terms:
Pricing, availability, or terms can be subject to change at anytime without notice.
Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time for any reason.
Turn Around Time:
Our turnaround time can vary from 1 week up to 4 weeks. This is based on the item purchased and the quantity. Rush orders are available at an additional fee but are not guaranteed due to stock levels of material.
Our production time is during business days/hours only. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Weekend's and public holiday's are excluded from production and shipping timeframes.
Production Process:
Once your order is placed, then you will receive a design draft. Design drafts will not be made before payment. Customers have the opportunity to make changes to their draft however we do have a limit of 3 changes per design. Any additional changes will incur a $15 fee. As you can appreciate, time goes into making designs and we can only allow a reasonable amount of time into the products price.
