Disclaimer:
Please note that our acrylic colours can vary in shade or finish depending on time of manufacturing or stock levels.
The plywood colour is a raw material that can have blemishes. This is not considered a flaw, but the natural finish of the product.
Gold Mirror can vary in shade depending on shipments from different suppliers. You are guaranteed the colour you pick but the shade can vary from the sample image.
Please be mindful when placing an order. Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made.

OUR POLICY:
Shipping & Handling:
We ensure our items are packed with care and appropriately for transit. In the unfortunate event that your parcel is damaged please refer to our Damaged Goods section.
Standard Shipping is estimated up to 5 business days.
Express Shipping is estimated up to 3 business days.
Please keep in mind that these times are estimated and can vary depending on your location and time of year (December is holiday season, delays may occur). Designed Acrylic does not take responsibly for delayed shipping as this is out of our control and in the hands of a courier service. We are not obligated to provide a refund if your shipping is delayed.
Local Delivery:
Designed Acrylic offers a local hand delivery option within Sydney (40km radius from Casula 2170). We have teamed up with a reliable delivery company that handles packages with care and is great with communication and timeframes. They ensure your order is delivered directly from us-to-you. We highly recommend this option if you are within Sydney and cannot collect your order or if you have purchased a larger sized item that is more fragile.
The delivery day will be confirmed with the customer prior to delivery.
By selecting this service you are authorising to leave unattended (ATL), meaning if the location is unattended upon delivery, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe place. If there is not a suitable or safe place to leave the parcel, we will need to redeliver on a different day - this will incur an additional fee.
Warranty, Returns or Exchanges:
We do not provide warranty on any items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Damaged Goods:
Designed Acrylic must be notified about damaged products from postage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photos of the damage and packaging must be provided. If we are notified outside of this timeframe, Designed Acrylic is not responsible.
Our items are fragile and need to be handled with care.
- Signage cannot be dropped.
- Cake Toppers need to be put on the cake last.
- Mirror acrylic scratches easily, remove the protective film just before use.
- Plaques cannot be glued using super glue, this will melt the acrylic.
Changes in Pricing or Terms:
Pricing, availability, or terms can be subject to change at anytime without notice.
Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time for any reason.
Production Process & Turn Around Time:
As of November 2024 - We will no longer provide a design draft due to adding the Font Preview Page to select the font desired. A design draft will only be provided if agreed and discussed directly with us. Most commonly for welcome signage, seating charts or products with more complex spelling or detail. Please keep in mind that once your order is submitted, we cannot change the font chosen.
Our production timeframe is 5-7 (business days) excluding Shipping. Any products over 90cm in size will require 14 business days due to ordering acrylic sheets. Please wait for our confirmation email or SMS that your order is ready for collection or the tracking number.
If you are in need of an urgent order, please purchase the 'Rush Order' item which will incur an additional fee to have your order ready within 2-3 Business Days (excluding shipping & excluding products over 90cm)
